Way To Early!!

The day after Thanksgiving is known to be one of the biggest shopping days of the year. And a whole lot of people get up super early to go shopping. I have never been one of those people. Although I have been a babysitter for some of those people, but that's beside the point. Well, this year changed all of that. I went out when it was still dark out to go shopping with my two brothers, and my sister-in-law. We, me and one of my brothers, spent the night at our other brother's house, and woke up at about 4:30, after we went to bed at about 1:30. So we didn't get alot of sleep, but that's all good, cause we got coffee before we went shopping! I really didn't get a whole lot of shopping done, but my bro and his wife did (they do this every year). Oh and guess what... I babysat right after I got back from shopping, so I didn't get to take that glorious nap I so desired! But that's ok, cause I got to chill with adorable Zoe:

Queen in Chem

Lately in Chemath (I have Chemistry and Math in the same class) we've been listening to music, and so I brought Queen to class today, and we listened to them. It was amazing! I love them ,and they were a big hit, well sort of, some people were completely repulsed, which it quite sad! But I enjoyed it, with quite a few others, my teachers included!

My Laura Comes Home

Tonight my friend, my next door neighbor, who's moved to Bellingham for school, came home for the day! I only got to see her for a very short time, but it was a wonderful time. We looked at some pictures (and I'd put some up here, but it's not working!!!!) and just talked a bit. And then I gave her a nice long hug! And that's the end of the story, so there you go!

The Bike Ride

On this glorious day my two friends, Laura and Amy, and I went on an 18 mile long bike ride. It was really fun, we even stopped at a river. Of course, we decided to get into the river, now it seems to me that whenever I go someplace with these gals, we always end up getting wet, and yet we don't learn. I think that we should just always carry towels with us. But anyways, it was a great trip, very beautiful. It was in a town called, well to tell you the truth, I don't remember what the name of the town was, I know it started with a 'D', and was passed Maltby, and it's next to a town with a 'C'. But other than that, I don't know! But it was really green, and pretty. And even though it was fun, it did have it's consequences, I'm sore!! And you know what, I don't think that I like that very much! Oh well, overall, it was a swell trip, and the good has definitely outweighed the badness of soreness!

I Got A Job!!!!

Yeah! I'm so excited, I'm going to be working at Edmonds Community College. I'm going to be at the information booth. I don't accually know anything yet, in fact, I'm pretty much clueless, but I think I'll learn, well I better! My boss lady said that I can even do homework, or whatever when there's no people asking questions, so once I start classes, it'll be grand!

English Project

So for English we have to do an interruptive analytical artistic piece thing, analyzing one of the pieces that we have read this year. Well, I'm making a collage, well, really 5 collages. You wouldn't believe how many faces that I've cut out! All of out collages are made entirely of faces, my partner and I have finished one of our collages, and We've just started on our second one, so we still have a long way to go. We are doing them on a poem by Langston Hughes, It's called, I To Sing America it's about a black man who has a hope that the black community will some day be equal with the rest of society, so we're making 5 collages how they stared out, in the poem, and what Hughes is hoping for, and what ends up happening. I won't go into it, because you're probably already not really reading this thing, I can't even believe that I wrote this much on it already! So all this to say that I've just started on this HUGE project, and it's not going too fast, so it's pretty much going to be possessing all my free time, wow, that don’t sound to great! And just so you know, I'm already really sick of cutting and pasting! And I'm off to go do more of it, well, not actually right now, now I'm going to bed cause I'm super tired, and I've just been working on it for almost 2 hours :|, a very exciting time!!! I.B. Tests

Guess what everybody, I.B. tests are done!!! It's finally over, I can sleep again. and maybe I'll dream about something other than these tests, do you know that for the past week all that I've had dreams about are these tests, finding enough pens, studying, or just taking the tests. But I'm now done with it all!!! So I have my life back!!! So many !!!s, but they're all worth it!!!

Internet

Yeah for Bradley!!! For those of you who don't know who he is, he's my bro, and he did the mostest amazingest thing in the world!!! He fixed my computer so that I have intenet again!!! He has spent hours trying to figure it out, and talked on the phone to the Comcast people for a really long time, and they were no help, they couldn't even figure out what was wrong. I had IM, but not internet explorer, very confusing, and very vexing! But do not cry for me any longer, for my brother has fixed it, don't ask me how, but he did!!! So, hip hip horrah for Bradley!!!

Computer Issues

Man, I can't get on to the internet. Now, I know what your thinking, 'Well, Anna must be able to get on the internet, she's typing this up for goodness sakes!' But do not be fooled, I am not at home right now! I know it's inconcevable! Well, really no reason to be writting this, but it is vexing me greatly to not have internet at home!

I.B. Exams!!!

So, guess what guys... only one week until my frist I.B. Exam, of course that is only the start to two weeks of testing. But who cares right? It's kind of wierd, I'm accually really excited, I know that when it comes time to take them I'm going to be freaking out, but for now I am going to savor the peace and excitment that I'm feeling! Well, thats the big news for now!

Photography

I was developing our 3rd roll of film for my 3rd photography project. And guess what, I made no mistakes, I didn't burn or screwup one photograph! I'm really happy, and my friend who also has burned her other negatives, didn't burn any today either! It was a very exciting period. Well, that my dears, is the extent of the excitement of my day.

Tennis

So, I went and played tennis with some friends for almost 3 hours to day! Wow, my feet hurt. But I had tons of fun, although I did find out that I am a really bad tennis player, and I mean really bad! But I think that after those 3 hours I did get a little better, well, I hope I did! But overall I love just getting on the court and playing. It's such a fun sport. I'm going to play it more often, and maybe someday I'll accually be able to hit the ball :)!!!
